Experience & education.

I’ve worked as a developer, architect, team lead and delivery manager. My experience includes banking systems, large data migrations and international Salesforce rollouts, with responsibility for both technical decisions and the teams delivering them.

I place a lot of value on understanding both technology and business. My studies covered computer science, machine learning and data mining. I later completed an Executive MBA, postgraduate studies in negotiation and mediation, and a post-MBA leadership programme.

Learning has also meant teaching. Alongside my own training in architecture, Salesforce and project management, I’ve taught courses in IT project estimation, project management and SaaS, and trained bank teams in banking systems and accounting.

Today, I draw on that background in my work on AI and business applications. I’m comfortable discussing a data model with developers, planning delivery with a team or working through a business decision with its owners.
